Thunderbird 2 RC1 was released yesterday.
I’m not on my main computer, so I haven’t installed it yet. I’ll install it as soon as I get home.
I’ve been using a beta?/alpha? version for a long time without any problems. I can’t remember all the new features included in this release, but I remember the new look and a great feature I’ve always missed (which I don’t know it’s even available in any other email clients) – Session History Navigation. This feature allows you to navigate back and forward through the email messages you’ve already opened, just like the browser’s back and forward buttons allow you to navigate through visited web pages.
